Sheldon Lavin is the CEO and President of the OSI Group, a leading food processing company in the world. Lavin stands out as one of the rare employees in the world who ended up buying the companies that employed them.
OSI Group was initially Otto & Sons, and it hired Lavin as a financial consultant. He arranged the financing of a number of the company’s facilities and played other active roles to make it profitable.
